Raspberries
Flax Seeds
And a chopped up Chocolate Vita Top!!

Psssst: Only totalling up to 400 calories for everything ;)

Breakfast for the last 2 days:1/2 portion of Greek Yogurt1 snack cup of butterscotch puddingFLAX SEEDS :)and 1/2 a package of raspberriesMmmm
