I have a serious addiction to peanut butter. I really eat WAY too much of it and even though it’s a good source of protein, the commercial kinds probably pack a lot of sugar and fat :(
Sooooo maybe eating tablespoons upon tablespoons of this everyday isn’t a good thing…
