I have a serious addiction to peanut butter. I really eat WAY too much of it and even though it’s a good source of protein, the commercial kinds probably pack a lot of sugar and fat :(Sooooo maybe eating tablespoons upon tablespoons of this everyday isn’t a good thing…CHALLENGE FOR THE REST OF THE WEEK: Not to touch the peanut butter

  1. judyovington said: everything in moderation. have it in the mornings as part of a healthy breakfast. You have all day to wear it off. Natural is wayyy better, u r right, tons of sugar and additives in commercial. Don’t deny yourself tho…doesn’t work. good luck
  2. camischill said: google search “pb 2.” it has less calories than regular peanut butter, (45 cals for 2 tbsps) but you have to order online and it is a bit more expensive. :)
