Intake (from the last 2 days)

Yesterday:
-Green smoothie (Spinach, Apple, Watermelon, Flax seed)
-Quinoa with onions, peppers, and tofu
-Mixed Green salad with tomatoes and basil
-HUGE Kamut Cookie
-2 nectarines
-Green tea
-1 Slice of ezekiel bread with laughing cow and honey
-Couple cubes of sauteed beef
-Thin slice of homemade carrot banana pumpkin bread

Today:
-Green smoothie (Spinach Apple Watermelon)
-1 cube of leftover beef
-thin slice of carrot banana pumpkin bread
-small salad (spinach, pepper, onion, turkey)
-rare roast beef and brie sandwich
-1 small red velvet cupcake (yikes)
-1 spinach cheese turnover (double yikes)
-1 peanut butter CLIF Bar

Other than the 2 baked goodies I got today, I think I did pretty well
