Mini-goals for August

  1. Read more books.
  2. Reduce carbs and replace with LOADS more lean protein (fish, chicken, shrimp etc)
  3. Less sugar
  4. Try not to eat after 6/7 pm
  5. Keep my workouts consistent 
  6. Drink loads of water (8-10 c)
  7. One thing I REALLY need to work on is EATING SLOWER
