Question

Okay say
I eat 1100 calories
Burn 1450
and eat back 1400

Is this right? or wrong? 


  1. healthyalways said: You really only have to eat 850 back. It’s recommended that your net calories never go below 1200 which is the absolute minimum. Most people stay between 1200-1500 cals per day, 1200 on non exercise days and 1500 on exercise days. Hope that helps :)
