Okay say I eat 1100 calories Burn 1450 and eat back 1400
Is this right? or wrong?

You really only have to eat 850 back. It’s recommended that your net calories never go below 1200 which is the absolute minimum. Most people stay between 1200-1500 cals per day, 1200 on non exercise days and 1500 on exercise days. Hope that helps :)
