I am about to show you all my EPIC BRUNCH FOR CHAMPIONS   I made 5 eggwhites AND 1 serving of steel cut oats with 1/2 serving greek yogurt Raspberries Flax Seeds And a chopped up Chocolate Vita Top!! Psssst: Only totalling up to 400 calories for everything ;)

My Milestone
So tonight, I ran for 26mins and 22secs non stop at 5.8 mph Okay Okay. Most of you who are hard core athletes probably think its nothing BUT THIS IS A BIG DEAL FOR ME. Burned 1650 calories at the gym today. Pretty much killed it yeah. I probably went a little  way overboard. Okay, I’m not going to lie. Just because I post a lot of healthy food; I am by no means a perfect, healthy eater. Though, I try, I try. The truth is, I gained a little weight. Not THAT much.
