Doctor's Office today...
She told me to step on the scale and I weighed in at a satisfying 142 pounds…2 pounds away from my 2nd GOAL WEIGHT!!! OH MY GOD! The last time I was there, I weighed 165…23 pounds heavier. A Little Update!
I’ve been away from tumblr for a few days and man, did I miss it. It’s been a crazy week…a little more tiring than busy. I’ve been working out like a mad man!! NO JOKE HERE. Haven’t done an “INTAKE” in the longest fucking time. Breakfast - Apple, Carrot Muffin Lunch - 2 portions of old cheddar cheese, Apple, Roast beef wrap Snack - Cookie Dinner- Some mixed nuts, And a huge bowl of strawberries with maple syrup Workout - Ran 4 miles today…….apparently. Intake
Breakfast - chicken breast, baby spinach, 1/2 tomato, snap peas, a chocolate chip cookie Lunch - tuna sandwich, 2 plums Dinner - baked salmon, romaine lettuce, some dried apricots, cranberries, and dark chocolate Did alright today, just alright, could have done without the dried fruits, chocolate and cookie… Also need to cut down on sugar.
