Lunch - Sushi bento box (I went out with a group of my guy friends today) and a banana muffin Snacks- 3 small vegetarian samosas, a handful of dried cranberries I’m feeling completely bloated already…so for dinner I’ll probably just have some raw fruits and veggies

somelovelylady asked: Sorry the reply was cut short. Just finishing it here. But when you think of it, it's so much better to eat those fruits than muffins and things like that. And if you are cravings salty foods, try something like whole grain chips. Dip them in salsa, guacamole, or you can take fat free plain yogurt and mix some powder stuff for dips and dip the chips in that. (:

Morning workout Breakfast- egg white omelete with spinach and sundried tomato, few pieces of leftover short ribs on the side Lunch - Apple and a large dark plum Dinner- Pork bone soup with rice Snacks (omg cheated) - coconut larabar, twix, chips, and some mini chocolate chip cookies……….I feel like such a loser :\

Saturday; undoubtedly the best day of the week. Woke up late, did my cardio. Brunch - bowl of tabouli Went to the mall; bought a bunch of things in SIZE S (omgomgomg) Snack- 2 pieces of sushi, 1/2 a larabar Dinner - baby spinach salad with chicken breast, and topped with Parmesan cheese (currently; snacking on some dried cranberries)
