Goals for 2011
1) GET TO MY GOAL WEIGHT. I know this one is a huge goal but I should have been half way there by now…so I know I’m WAY behind. But no worries, it’s a new year, so I get a new start :) 2) EAT HEALTHY(ER) Remember that whole “Personal Menu” that I made for myself? I want to USE IT! If it doesn’t work, I’ll at least have tried it out.

My (NEW)Personal Plan
I did a bit more research… 1 pound = 3500 calories oui?, so if i want to lose 2 lbs/week I need to have a deficit of 7000 calories/week. (using an online calculator) my CALORIC MAINTENCE LEVEL : 1948.75 calories/day Calories to eat per day for weight loss (so subtract 1000/day) : 950 each meal: 237.5 calories Snacks: 237.5 calories total/day
MY MEAL PLAN MEANS I CAN CHOOSE ANY...
