Broke my 3 day diet today…I know…I have no will power. Holy SHIT best week EVER (diet wise)
Stepped on the scale this morning to see the full results of my 3 day diet… Guess what the scale said. Come on. Guess. 153.5 pounds!!!! Weight on saturday: 161.5 8 pounds?!?! And keeping in mind that I’ve been eating pretty nutritious meals with no snacking. OMG skeptic, no longer.
