Breakfast- Egg fried (90), Rye toast (90), 1/2 banana (52) Lunch- Boiled egg (78), 1 slice cheese (120), 5 saltine crackers (64.5) Dinner- 1/2 banana (52), 2 sausages (250), 1 cup broccoli (19), 1/2 cup carrots (27), 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (145) Total food: 987.5 calories Exercise: 780 calories elliptical Excited for tomorrow

This is a MIRACLE
Weighed myself this morning to see if I got any results from (Day 1) of the 3 Day diet. Drumroll please… 157 pounds. yesterday I was 161.5 SO 4.5 POUNDS WHAT?!?! I have a feeling this is all water weight, but we’ll see we’ll see….
