Any good advice givers out there?

Weight Update
So I weighed myself today. The first time in a while. Last weigh in: 139.5 Today: 135.5 Loss: 4 Total Loss: 42.5 Eeek! I’m very satisfied with my progress. I can’t really think of a time when I consciously knew I was 135 pounds… It might have been when I was 10 or 11. The weather is beautiful here in Toronto. Hope you’re all having a lovely lovely Friday afternoon ;)

I HAVE RETURNED

Long story short
So my birthday is at the end of this month and my guy friend (who I’ve liked for the last 2 years) is taking me out to lunch. (yes yes the butterflies flutter as I am typing) and DUHH I want to look good ;) I was hoping to hit my goal weight by the end of the summer, but realistically, it probably won’t be happening. Mini-goals for August
Read more books.
Reduce carbs and replace with LOADS more lean protein (fish, chicken, shrimp etc)
Less sugar
Try not to eat after 6/7 pm
Keep my workouts consistent
Drink loads of water (8-10 c)

Game Plan
If I lose 2 pounds/week for the rest of the month of August, I will be at the ideal weight for my height (according to my doctor) which is 130-132 lbs This isn’t my UGW (of 120) But I would be totally thrilled if I could do it! 130 is already pretty damn awesome, not to mention my biggest achievement yet. @ 130, I would be 2 pounds away from saying that I lost 50 pounds (from my highest...
